Dedicated Control Channel (DCCH).
This bidirectional channel is used to exchange dedicated control information between the UE and the network. In the downlink direction,it maps either a FACH, Dedicated Channel (DCH) or Downlink Shared Channel (DSCH) to any type of RLC entity. In the uplink direction it maps a RACH or DCH
to any type of RLC entity.
