Dedicated Traffic Channel (DTCH).
This bidirectional channel is used to exchange dedicated user data between the UE and the network. In the downlink direction it maps either a FACH, DCH or DSCH to any type of RLC entity, and in the uplink direction it maps a RACH or DCH to any type of RLC entity.
